My wife and I grew up in the Springfield Missouri area.  This community is where we live, where we work, and where we choose to raise our family. 

 

We be that the hard working people in the Springfield Missouri area deserve to live and raise their families in homes that are safe for their families, homes that are affordable so that they can support those families, and homes that are comfortable so that they can enjoy those families.  We have made it our mission to provide those homes.

To accomplish this mission, we will purchase, rehabilitate, and make available homes that are well maintained, modest in size,  well insulated, and appropriately finished.
